Attorney Biography
Rudolph Migliore graduated from Dowling College with a BBA in 1970. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Delaware Law School in 1975. He was admitted to the practice in November 1977. Rudolph Migliore has incorporated hundreds of not-for-profit organizations that serve various communities, including youth organizations, veteran's groups, and retired NYC firefighter associations.
He serves as general counsel to:
- Stony Brook University Student Government
- Long Island 9/11 Memorial, Inc.
- Long Island Youth Guidance
- Long Island Citizens for Community Values
- Youth with a Mission
- Restoring the Heart Ministries
- Veterans and Seniors Emergency Transportation
- Long Island Association of Retired NYC Firefighters
- United Retired Firefighters Association (an umbrella organization of 24 retired NYC firefighter organizations located throughout the country).
In the position of general counsel, he is actively involved in all of these organizations, assisting them in both legal and organizational decisions, as well as playing an important role in public events.
He also served as an Associate Trustee at Dowling College from 1977 through 1982. After, he was appointed to the Dowling College President's Council. During his tenure with Dowling, he was involved with numerous public and fundraising events for the college.
